My favorite cocktail from last night’s bar crawl was the Velvet Torino 2.0 at Stök:

Gin, red vermouth, Campari, clarified chocolate milk, light-roast natural Pacamara coffee, orange.

Served in an old-fashioned glass with a giant ice cube and a piece of chocolate.
