@maique @odd These regional differences are so frustrating! My solution is to have two Apple TVs stacked on top of each other. One is using a Swedish account, and the other is hooked up to a VPN using a US account. ๐Ÿ˜… And then stickers to be able to tell the Swedish and US remotes apart.
